another car and that car hit another car

who is at fault for each car?

If you rear end a stopped vehicle, which is pushed into another stopped vehicle and then that into another, you would be responsible for all of the vehicles.

for those who i didn't tell you all about the my car accident, I'm going to post it here and you
can read it from here. I'm lazy to repeat the incident again and again, sorry :)

first of all, i don't understand why the last driver must bear responsibility just because he/she is
the last car driver. I'm not saying that I'm not at fault but then it's not always true that the last
driver is at fault. you people brake so hard and you expect people behind to react fast? if they
reacted slower a bit then it's their fault. so next time i shall go on a expressway and just jam brake as and when i like to make driver stay alert? can i?

how it started.

Sunday morning, we went to fetch my grandpa from airport all thanks to my aunt. why must
we go fetch when you're also going. am i right? if you think you're free then you just go ahead.
why must you called us for so many times just to remind us that we are supposed to fetch
grandpa. we don't mind fetching but then we reached airport, she called. asked us to wait for
her. why? just because our car are bigger is it? lame.

people are just greedy, they can sacrifice kinship just for money, am i right?
everything you all say are correct. i won't give in anymore, i want and will get back what it's supposed to be mine. how can you screamed at your hubby like some mad woman just
because he went to order food without your share. omg, so unreasonable. i seriously pity
your husband. don't wanna waste my time blogging about such people.

Banged.

we were at first lane and the car in front suddenly jam brake or something and the blue taxi
bang onto it and go against the expressway barrier or whatever it is called. im one car behind
the taxi. then the image of the blue taxi came closer and the Mercedes in front of us turned to
his left and we did that too to avoid the blue taxi. but then we still hit the white Mercedes.
i didn't know what cause the whole accident to happen.
but lucky nobody was seriously hurt.

this is the first ever accident I've met and I'm really blank at the moment. i didn't know what
to do at all. the first time that come to my mind is, are my family members okay? i turned back
to check on their before we get down the car. grandpa hit his knee and my brother hit his foot
against the seat.

i was shaking when i opened the door. I'm so clever to ask the uncle, what happened ah?

since car2 hit car1, car4 hit car3. we only settle with the white Mercedes. he's a reasonable
guy but can see he's scared too. exchanged particulars and we drove to shell station to wait for
tow car to tow the car to uncle's workshop. we called ah meng uncle and tell him. the first
question he asked was :"are you all the last car ?! ".

sadly, yes.
the last car.

uncle : "don't panick, just let the tow car to bring your car to uncle workshop. i will settle for
you tomorrow. don't worry"

us : "panicked!"

mum suddenly forgot what insurance we bought then keep calling this person what person.
and finally i can't control myself and i break down. cry in front of the jam -.- so paiseh.
but i still find it very unfair cause we did brake very hard already but still can't avoid it.
i thought we brake and move to the left we will be safe but not forgetting the white Mercedes.

called my aunt to come fetch my grandpa back first. but she has her reasons like always.
difficult to get a cab in such a situation right? -.- finally hired a cab, dad and grandpa went
back first. and we waited for the tow car to come. everyone were very nice i can say, keep telling
us not to worry. but first time accident, who will stay calm? hahah.


went back home to search for car insurance, called the white Mercedes's driver to confirm the
insurance. after a long day and we have no car for the day, i decided to order pizza home!
eat as much as i want -.- my auntie asked :"wah bang car liao still happily eat ah?" haha.
if not don't eat meh? just because accident then wanna cry non stop ah? lol just eat la since
everything already happened.

the next morning, we cabbed to sin ming road. to write a report for the insurance company.
the first thing uncle see me is "SMILE". haha! he told me upon receiving our call, he went to
bet on our number plate. i don't know should i laugh or not but my mum bought some too! :X
i explained about the accident to the admin staff and she was very friendly too. lol then i draw
to show what happened. you should really look at how i draw, lol.

rent car from the workshop for one week. main reason is because mummy don't want me to
wake up so early to go work. with a car, i can sleep more. thanks mummy!
